The Rip-Rap Crooker is working on seems to be going in quite nicely. If the weather predictions are correct it might be put to the test this week.

Today the concrete is going into the basement, and the roofers are getting what might be their only good day this week to finish the roof.  Though I think they need a few more days of good weather to ensure a tight seal.
A few views of the basement floor

The East Stairwell is going up nicely
Spray fireproofing is being installed on the second floor, the hopper is placed down on the first floor and all the material is pumped upstairs.
Supports for the elevator are in place
