The building has begun! November brings with it the first parts of the building structure. We have graded and filled the foundation preparing it for the pouring of the first concrete footings. It took several months of preparing the site to get to this point.
By the end of October we had already tied into the water main under Rt 96. This month we brought the water line up the main road from Rt 96, branched it towards the building and brought it down the service road to complete the loop back to the city main off Green Landing Road.
New excitement for November is the fact that we now have the main road into the site. This required the installation of a new box culvert to allow for the stream crossing, and some base paving to be placed on the road. Green Landing entrance is now only used as a secondary entrance. The main entrance is much more functional for the larger deliveries that are expected.
