Work on the footings for Building B (OBCC) is coming along
On Building A (BCBB) the foundation for the zinc siding is being attached. The red lines are the Z-furrings which the zinc panels will be attached to, the brown material is additional insulation under the siding.
Ductwork and internal framing is progressing
The walk in growth chambers are installed and their connections are being finalized in the CCMP Lab
Elevator shaft
The generator and Chiller pad is completed and the first chiller has been delivered and installed
The utility pads in the mechanical room have been poured
The electrical room
The air handling unit is not in place and awaiting final connections
An image of the enthalpy wheel located within the air handling unit. This wheel will transfer thermal energy from the out-going air to the in-coming air therefore reducing our energy demands.
